KittyPleasance Terms of Service

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service. If you have any questions or find issues with these, please contact me before proceeding with commissioning me.Payment is accepted through PayPal in USD and required upfront. I will send an invoice once all commission details and pricing are confirmed with both parties. Once the payment has been received I will start your commission.My process is as follows. I will be checking in when each stage is completed or if I have questions unless otherwise discussed.Sketch → Lines → Flat Colour → Full ColourThe majority of edits will be made during the sketch stage but there will be opportunities throughout the commission process to make edits (within reason). I am able to change the sketch (five revisions max) until you are happy with the concept.Upon completion, you will receive one lo-res watermarked image, and one high-res unwatermarked image. Full resolution is generally 2048 pixels on the larger side and 300 dpi, if you require a larger file please let me know. The lo-res image will be posted to my gallery unless otherwise discussed.Payment and Refund
★ All prices are in USD and payment is made through PayPal.
★ If you must cancel a commission, you may receive a refund and the work that has already been completed.
★ If your commission has not been started you will be refunded the complete cost.
★ If the commission has been started, you will receive the work that has been completed and a refund of the difference.
★ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. If I must cancel a commission, you will be refunded in full.Terms of Use and Copyright
★ The completed work is for personal use only and not to be used for commercial use or otherwise sold for profit.
★ You are allowed to upload the completed work to your gallery or social media as long as credit or a direct link to my social media is given in plain view.
★ You are allowed to print or produce items with the completed work for your own personal use or as gifts.
★ Editing, tracing, referencing, or reproducing without credit, or otherwise claiming the work as the work of yourself or another is prohibited.
★ It is prohibited to use the artwork for AI training or generation. A fee of at least 3x the commission cost will be charged if you are discovered doing so.
★ All characters depicted in my work are copyrighted to their rightful owners and I do not claim any as my own.
★ I reserve the right to use any and all commissions as advertising (Most often these are just used as examples of my work for future commissioners).
★ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
